Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product’s colour and design, actual colours and design may vary slightly, due to different device screen settings, the lighting in the installation location, slight differences in product finishes over time and other factors. Colours can be verified also by visit real product to our showroom.

Wallpaper & Carpets Distributor Sdn Bhd will not accept responsibility for any colour or design differences that are not factory faults. In purchasing from Wallpaper & Carpets Distributor Sdn Bhd’s website, you agree to accept the small risk that there will be a slight variation between the actual colour and design, and the representation on our website. In addition, please be aware that colours and textured finishes often vary between manufacturers; for example slightly different shades of ‘White’, different degrees of shininess, and different looks and feel for ‘bamboo’ material.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds Policy

Sold items cannot be refunded.

Return Policy

Any return, if eligible, must be returned to WCD NOT LATER THAN 21 DAYS from the date of invoice at your own cost. However indent orders, cut-length items, photo murals and some collections are not returnable. Returns will be subjected to 10% handling fee. Please refer to term & conditions of WCD.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged that cause by our product producing method.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at businessdev@wcd.com.my and send your item to : Lot 1509, Old Klang Road, Batu 8 , Petaling Jaya, 46500, Selangor, Malaysia.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, the item are not returnable.

Shipping returns

If you are willingly to return the product, you should send your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
