Terms & Conditions
- All returns are to returned to WCD HQ not later than 21 days from the date of invoice at own cost & subjected to 10% handling fee.
- All WCD’s employee are not authorized to collect the returns.
- Delivery within Klang Valley will be charged RM10.00 per order.
- The following are strictly non-returnable : All cut / indent items / sample books / murals & fabric book
- Colour variation from sample book and roll are within acceptable tolerance.
- WCD reserves the right to change the prices as and when it deems necessary. Please check the price at point of ordering.
- Price are subjects to change without notice.
- Same day delivery for orders received before 9 am.
- Outstation order will be delivered thru specified Transport / Freight Company
Indent Charges by Air
- Indent prices are to be revised regularly as the fright is fluctuating regularly & WCD intents not to profit from it.
- Cut off day for indent order is every Wednesday. Shipping period is estimated between 10-14 working days.
- Indent item are strictly NON RETURNABLE or NON EXHANGEABLE
- 50% down payment upon confirmation of order and balance of payment to be made before delivery.
